Varanasi : The Varanasi Orthopaedic Association has honoured Padma Shri awardee Prof. Dr. BKS Sanjay, President of AIIMS Guwahati, with the prestigious Prof. T. P. Shrivastava Oration. Born on 31 August 1956 in Saidnagar, Jalaun, Uttar Pradesh, Dr. Sanjay showed academic brilliance from an early age. He completed his MBBS from GSBM Medical College, Kanpur, in 1980 and later served at renowned institutions such as PGI Chandigarh and Safdarjung Hospital, New Delhi, while earning international fellowships to enhance his expertise.
