Family Alleges Recent Altercation with Spouse; Police Investigate
Bharatpur: Dr. Rajkumar Chaudhary, a 58-year-old radiologist from Jaswant Nagar, Bharatpur, was found dead by suicide in a hotel room in Agra on Tuesday, according to local police. Chaudhary, who had been operating SR Hospital with his wife after retiring from RBM Hospital, reportedly contacted his wife via video call shortly before his death, hinting that he only had “two minutes” left.
Details of the Incident
After family members were unable to reach him, they traced his location to the hotel. Upon hotel staff entry, he was found unresponsive, and medical personnel later confirmed his death. A suicide note was discovered, though it did not hold anyone responsible. Family members mentioned a recent altercation with his wife, which police are considering as part of the investigation. Dr. Chaudhary’s body was released to his family following an autopsy and was cremated in Bharatpur on Wednesday evening.
