Built with an investment of ₹190 crore, the 2.1 lakh sq. ft. hospital houses 31 medical specialties and is designed to deliver advanced and accessible medical and surgical care for residents of Northern Kerala. The hospital is a major socio-economic asset, creating over 600 new job opportunities and engaging a dedicated team of 60+ globally trained doctors known for clinical excellence.

Aster MIMS Kasaragod is the region’s first center to offer 1.5T MRI and 160-slice CT technology, positioning it as a premier hub for diagnostics. The hospital offers:
- Advanced cardiac and vascular interventions including ECMO/ECLS for severe cardiac and respiratory failure.
- 44 ICU beds for intensive critical care and 16 NICU beds for specialized neonatal attention.
- Surgical complex with 7 major and 2 minor operating theatres.

- Emergency Department: 24/7 ambulance access with 20 beds, structured for trauma, cardiac, stroke, and pediatric emergencies.
