RAV New Delhi Highlights the Synergy of Yoga and Ayurveda for Preventive Healthcare and Healthy Living

New Delhi: Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV), New Delhi, celebrated the 12th International Day of Yoga 2026 with a special programme focused on the theme “Yoga for Healthy Ageing”, emphasizing the combined role of Yoga and Ayurveda in promoting preventive healthcare, healthy lifestyles, balanced living, and overall well-being.

The event was organised at the Vidyapeeth campus and was attended by Dr. Vandana Siroha, Director of Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, along with CRAV Gurus Vd. Tara Chand Sharma and Vd. Namadhar Sharma. Officials and staff members of the institution also actively participated in the celebration.

Guided Yoga Session Demonstrates Benefits of Daily Yogic Practices

As part of the programme, participants joined a guided yoga session featuring various asanas, pranayama techniques, and meditation practices.
