New Delhi :
Real estate developer Bhutani Infra has partnered with Yashoda Hospital to develop an AI-integrated mixed-use campus in Greater Noida West, with an estimated investment of ₹1,000 crore, excluding land cost.
The upcoming 10.25-acre project will feature:
- A multi-specialty hospital managed by Yashoda Hospital
- A 5-star hotel
- Office and retail spaces
Ashish Bhutani, CEO of Bhutani Infra, confirmed the investment and said the development will integrate advanced healthcare and wellness technologies.
Dr. P. N. Arora, Chairman of Yashoda Group, said,
“Tomorrow’s healthcare won’t wait for symptoms — it will predict, prevent, and respond even before you know you need it.”
The project aims to offer predictive and ambient healthcare services, where technology and well-being are seamlessly integrated into daily life.
Bhutani Infra is also involved in the Noida International Film City project, being developed alongside Bayview Projects, backed by filmmaker Boney Kapoor.
