Hyderabad: The Telangana Medical Council (TGMC) has issued a notice to Rush Care Hospital, LB Nagar, for allegedly promoting unqualified and fake doctors.

The action followed reports that the hospital sponsored an event endorsing unregistered practitioners at the Sushruta Rural Medical Association’s annual meeting. TGMC Chairman Dr. Mahesh Kumar has given the hospital 10 days to respond, warning of strict action under NMC and TGMC regulations if no explanation is provided.

The council cautioned hospitals against hiring agents to promote fake doctors and urged the public to avoid consulting unqualified practitioners.
