Respected physician’s funeral to be held Tuesday; leaders and medical fraternity mourn loss
Karimnagar: Dr Bhoom Reddy, a highly respected figure in the medical fraternity, passed away on Monday evening at the age of 91 due to age-related health complications. He was undergoing treatment at Chalmeda Ananda Rao Institute of Medical Sciences at the time of his death.
A wave of grief swept through the medical and political circles following the news of his demise. Union Minister of State for Home Bandi Sanjay Kumar, Transport Minister Ponnam Prabhakar, senior BRS leader B. Vinod Kumar, IMA district president Dr Aamalla Naresh, secretary Dr Siripuram Naveen Kumar, and other dignitaries extended their condolences.
The funeral of Dr Reddy will take place on Tuesday morning at the Sapthagiri Colony burial ground in Karimnagar.
