Jaipur: In a major relief to the doctors pursuing Post Graduation & Super Specialty courses the Medical Education Department, Government of Rajasthan reduced the compulsory bond service period from 5 years to 2 years. The corresponding penalty for failing to fulfil bond condition remains the same as before at Rs.25 Lakhs. The reduced compulsory bond service is effective for all candidates from the year 2019 – 2020 and beyond. The recent notification was issued by Vaibhav Galriya, Principal Secretary, Medical Education Department, Government of Rajasthan.
