New Delhi : The National Medical Commission has mandated medical colleges and institutions to submit an annual self-declaration as per the guidelines outlined in the Post-graduate Medical Education Board, 2023 (PGMEB-2023). These regulations provide a comprehensive framework for postgraduate medical education, focusing on cultivating medical professionals who not only excel in academic and clinical skills but also address the healthcare needs of the community. All medical colleges and institutes offering postgraduate (PG) medical courses are instructed to complete the necessary forms and submit them along with the required fee of Rs. 50,000 along with 18% GST for each PG course. This must be done through the designated NMC portal, which will remain open until October 31, 2024.

The Annual Declaration Report for postgraduate (PG) medical courses must be submitted online via the designated link available on the homepage. The forms are available on the NMC’s website: https://nmc.org.in. The Annual Disclosure Report is divided into two sections, each focusing on different aspects of the medical programmes: Standard Assessment Form Part-A (Institutional Information common for all PG Specialties), and Standard Assessment Form Part-B (Broad/ Super Specialty).
