Rudrapur: A couple of days after a doctor Dr Durgesh Kumar, was arrested for raping an engineering student of Govind Ballabh Pant University in Uttarakhand, one more female student of third year has filed a complaint with the police with the same allegations against the accused doctor who was working in the university’s hospital. Police have now registered one more FIR against him.More students have now alleged that they have been “molested and sexually assaulted by the doctor.
