Noida: FIR under section 304 (A) has been lodged against five doctors of Noida based Yatharth Hospital for being negligent in treatment of a Covid-19 patient which allegedly led to his death during the second wave of the pandemic.The family of the patient alleged that the patient was not administered remdesivir injection in time at the hospital despite them purchasing it on the basis of doctor’s prescription, according to the FIR.
