Chennai : Three AYUSH doctors (BUMS, BHMS & BSMS doctors- one each) have been booked for allegedly prescribing allopathic medicine to the patients without any degree or knowledge of allopathy. Ma Subramanian said that the three AYUSH doctors were booked by the directorate of medical services and added that these practitioners were engaged in “quackery” which involves treatment or medications that they are not qualified to administer.
