Firozabad, March 29, 2025 – The mysterious death of Rahul (28), a doctor from Firozabad, Uttar Pradesh, in Mumbai has raised suspicions among his family, who claim he was poisoned rather than dying by suicide.
Family Rejects Suicide Theory
Rahul’s body was brought back to his hometown Makhkanpur Bada Bazar on Friday evening, causing shock and grief among locals. His father, Moolchand, firmly denied the initial suicide claim, stating, “My son was poisoned, and I demand a thorough investigation.”
A Troubled Marriage?
Rahul had married a divorced woman from Mumbai after meeting her on Facebook a year ago. They had been living together in Mumbai, and until recently, their relationship seemed stable, according to Moolchand.
However, Rahul’s wife was notably absent when his father arrived in Mumbai after hearing the news. She even refused to attend the funeral, saying she had no further ties with the family.
Call for Investigation
Moolchand has urged authorities to conduct a forensic examination of both Rahul’s and his wife’s mobile phones to uncover any hidden evidence.
