Telangana Medical Council starts probe to ascertain cause of death by Unauthorised Treatment

Hyderabad: The Telangana Medical Council had started a drive to catch fake doctors in Telanagana and in the raids from April to July the council has caught 250 fake doctors across the state and police complaints have been lodged against these fake doctors. Also, the Telangana Drug Control Administration (DCA) caught 60 fake doctors with unauthorised stock of medicines and drugs from January to July, as per data shared by the director-general V. Kamalasan Reddy. The Council has warned of legal action against RMPs practicing beyond their qualifications and conducting unauthorised treatments. The council has started probe to ascertain the cause of death caused by the treatment by these unauthorised & fake doctors.
