Saifai : A serious altercation between junior doctors and nursing staff at Saifai Medical University in Etawah District has escalated, leading to a police case being registered against three junior doctors. According to reports, a female staff nurse filed a complaint accusing three junior doctors of inappropriate behavior during their duty in the ortho ward.

In the latest incident, the nurse claims that the doctors attempted to secretly photograph and video her while she was working. She further alleged that this behavior was not isolated and had occurred multiple times before. In contrast, the junior doctors have denied the allegations and claim that the nursing staff has been negligent in their duties. They allege that the nurses failed to report to work on time and were careless in essential tasks like administering medicine, dressing wounds, and ensuring patient care.

The tension led to protests from both the nursing staff and the junior doctors on Wednesday. The protests continued until assurances were provided by the medical superintendent. Following the complaint, a case was filed against the three junior doctors based on the nurse’s allegations.
