Family alleges negligence for the death of 23 year old Mtech student during angioplasty at Madhapur

Hyderabad: A 23-year-old woman, identified as Nikitha, an MTech student from Madapur in Turkapally mandal, passed away at Srikara Hospital in ECIL after being admitted for chest pain. Her death has sparked protests by her family members, who are accusing the hospital staff of medical negligence. The relatives claim that negligence by the doctors led to her death and alleged the presence of a “medical mafia” operating in the hospital. They demanded that the hospital be sealed immediately. Authorities are yet to respond to the family’s allegations, and an investigation has been initiated.
