Chattisgarh Medical commission suspends MBBS doctor for 3 months

Raipur :  The Chhattisgarh Medical Commission Chairman, Bhim Singh issued the suspension of a doctor from practicing medicine for three months after it was found that he had administered anesthesia to the patient without being trained to administer them, which requires specific registration.

The notification issued by the Medical Commission in this regard said that though the doctor is an MBBS graduate and he does not have the additional qualification training required for administering anesthesia still he has administered anesthesia to the patient. Hence, his license has been suspended from October 11, 2022 to January 11, 2023 next year. The suspended doctor is said to be serving at Shaheed Hospital in Rajhara.
