Patna: The in-charge of Masaurhi Primary Health Centre (PHC) in Patna district, Dr. Ramanujam Singh, has been accused of assaulting and using casteist slurs against medical officer Dr. Satyendra Narayan Mohan Paswan. Dr. Paswan has filed an FIR against Dr. Singh, along with a grade-four staff member and a security guard, at the SC-ST police station.

SC-ST police station SHO Raj Kumar confirmed the complaint, stating, “Dr. Paswan has reported allegations of abuse, while Dr. Singh has filed a counter-complaint at Masaurhi police station, accusing Dr. Paswan of being absent from duty. Investigations suggest that the two have been in conflict for a long time.”
