Focus on Child Health and Wellness
Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV), under the Ministry of Ayush, will host its 30th National Seminar on “Management of Illness & Wellness in Paediatrics through Ayurveda” on 18th–19th August 2025 at the Scope Complex Auditorium, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. The seminar aims to bring together scholars, practitioners, researchers, and students to explore Ayurvedic approaches alongside contemporary evidence-based practices for paediatric health.
Government Support for Traditional Medicine
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has repeatedly emphasized the role of traditional medicine in fostering a healthier society, highlighting the importance of integrating Ayurveda with modern healthcare for children, the nation’s future. Shri Prataprao Ganpatrao Jadhav, MoS (Independent Charge) of Ayush, reiterated the significance of nurturing child health through Ayurveda as the foundation of a healthy society.

- Vaidya Rajesh Kotecha, Secretary, Ministry of Ayush (Padma Shri), stressed that the seminar provides a platform to strengthen evidence-based practices and foster collaboration in paediatric Ayurveda.
- Vaidya Devinder Triguna (Padma Shri & Padma Bhushan), President of RAV’s Governing Body, will also participate in the discussions.
