The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Medical College and Hospital, Faridabad, has announced vacancies for Super Specialist positions on a contractual basis in various departments of the medical institute. Eligibility and Application Process
Interested candidates must bring the duly filled application form in the prescribed format (“Annexure-A”) and acceptance of offer (“Annexure B”) for the walk-in interview. The application form can be downloaded from the official website: www.esic.gov.in. Candidates should also carry two recent passport-sized photographs and original as well as self-attested photocopies of documents such as:
- Date of birth
- Educational qualifications
- Professional qualifications
- Medical council registration
- Experience certificates
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must report for document verification by 9:00 AM on the interview date at the ESIC Medical College & Hospital.
- The interview will follow the document verification process.
- Applications must be submitted in the prescribed format. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
- False information or violations of the rules will result in the cancellation of the application.
- No applications will be accepted after 10:00 AM.
