Ahmedabad: Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel on Saturday inaugurated the HCG Astha Cancer Hospital, highlighting the state’s focus on expanding access to quality healthcare. The CM praised the hospital’s efforts to support underprivileged patients through a charitable trust, calling it a vital resource for those battling cancer.
“HCG Astha has assembled an experienced team of oncologists and created a world-class operation theatre that will significantly enhance treatment outcomes,” said Patel during the event.
Bharat Gadhvi, Regional Director of the hospital, said the facility represents a technology-driven healthcare model aimed at serving not just Ahmedabad but also patients across Gujarat and neighbouring states.
