Ahmedabad doctor seeking MBBS admission for his son cheated of Rs.30 Lakhs

Ahmedabad : Dr Jigish Desai from Prahladnagar was cheated of Rs 30 lakh by Kartik the manager of a company PNPLRC at Hyderabad who had promised to get his son admitted to a medical college. Dr Jigish has filed a cheating complaint with the cyber-crime police on Wednesday against Kartik, as he failed to fulfil his promise or return the money. After failing to get MBBS admission in the first two rounds for his son, Dr Jigish was approached by the firm PNPLRC which assured him of an admission at Rs 65 lakh with Rs 20 lakh to be paid in cash. Dr Jigish Desai, who had begun paying the amount from March 2022, has paid Rs 29.95 lakh till date.
